The contact form collects only the information needed to receive and respond to an inquiry:

• Name, required
• Email address, required
• Contact number, optional
• Inquiry details, optional
• First-touch source information, when available, including source parameters, the referring page, and the landing path

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and delivered by email to the company so it can review and respond to the inquiry.

The information is used only to handle the inquiry, communicate with the sender, protect the form from abuse, and maintain necessary business records.

Zohar Labs does not sell inquiry information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Service infrastructure used to deliver an inquiry may process the submission only to provide that service.

Contact information is generally retained for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a longer period is reasonably required for handling legal claims, fraud prevention, security, accounting or compliance. Deletion requests will be assessed and honored where applicable, subject to legal retention duties, active disputes and proportionate backup retention limitations.

The site does not use an active analytics service and does not set tracking cookies.

For cookie-free first-touch attribution, the site stores UTM parameters, the referring page, and the landing path in sessionStorage for the current browser session.

This attribution information is sent to Zohar Labs only when the visitor submits the contact form. If attribution capture is unavailable, the form can still be submitted.
